Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice: The clinic require patients to provide a certain amount of notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
2. This notice period is stated in the clinic's policy and requires 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
3. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If a patient fails to provide the required notice or simply does not show up for their appointment, the clinic may charge a fee or apply a penalty. The amount of this fee is a deposit, which will be not refundable.

Deposit Policy
1. Booking Deposit: Our aesthetic clinic require patients to pay a deposit at the time of booking their appointment.

2. This deposit serves as a commitment and ensures that the patient is serious about receiving the scheduled treatment.

3. Deductible from Treatment Cost: The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of the procedure when the patient arrives for their appointment.
4. The deposit is Non-refundable if a client does not follows the clinic's Cancelletion Policy. It is advisable to clarify this aspect before making the deposit.
